What happens once you’ve had your baby?
Prenatal yoga is widely taught but what about post-natal? Find and maintain your new balance after having children. Make time for yourself and be happier, healthier and stronger for yourself and your family.
Postnatal/yoga for mum classes

All abilities and ages classes where you can bring your babies and young children. Take some time for yourself without having to worry about childcare.
Prices start from £6 drop-in for 1h, minimum of 5 mums per class.
Treat yourself or another mum to a one-to-one, organise a small group session at home. No need to travel or organise childcare.
One-to-one starts from £35 for 1h Two-to-one starts from £20 per person for 1h Three+-to-one starts from £15 per person for 1h.
